Seated Exercise

Mondays, 10.30-11.30am, Bow Village Hall.

This small group is suitable for those who wish to exercise but are unable to do so while standing. We endeavour to bend and stretch most parts of the body to strengthen muscles, tendons and ligaments. We then relax with a coffee/tea, chat and a lot of laughter!
